This is a student house licensed by the City of Waterloo. It is located 2.1 km (a 28-min walk via Laurel Trail) away from the David Center of University of Waterloo. Buststop 9 is right beside the building.
Furnished rooms for annual lease are available from September 1st to August 31st next year. Rent includes utilities and high speed internet.
All rooms are furnished a bed, a desk and a chair. Just bring your bedding.
Parking space is limited and depends on availability. Please check before you sign a lease.
